I am accepting 7 guys who want to transform their physique in the next 90 days while still being able to enjoy their summer.

Over the past 4 years of being a fitness coach, I set out to create the best programs for my clients. But not just the best programs, but the best coaching.

This is a combination of everything I’ve learned in my 6 years of resistance training.

If you forgot to cut early for the summer, oh well. You’re SOL🤷‍♂️

Is what a terrible coach would say.

Now is not the time to let yourself fall short of the goals you have SET for yourself man.

I’m tired of guys doing the same thing every year where they set the new years goal, don’t hit it, and wait for the next goal.

That next goal is ok I’m going to start my cut in March for the summer, then something comes up. They miss it.

Summer comes, “well there’s no point now.”🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️

BROTHER!!! THERE IS ALWAYS A POINT!!!

A season does not define what body fat % you need to be at. If you need to cut down, you need to cut down for MORE than just how you look. It should be also how you feel and perform.

I go out pretty much every week and still maintain my leanness, you just need the right plan and right way to go about it.

I will forever be grateful to have you in my life, because as I said before I owe you everything.

The reason I got into and stayed into the gym.
The reason I started my business.
The reason I am who I am today.

We are the perfect older brother little brother combo and no one will ever convince me otherwise.

The wise older brother who teaches me not to do stupid s**t, and the younger brother who does said stupid s**t anyways.

From binge watching all of Naruto shippuden during covid, to the late night kitchen talks going back and forth between ideas.

You’ve helped me when I probably didn’t deserve it, and asked for nothing back.

And one day I will pay that favor back 10 fold.

I saw something recently that mentioned your siblings being your most important relationship in your life, and I couldn’t agree more.

You’ve given me that tough love that I needed to hear that sometimes got me mad at you, but you were always right.

I’m still young, and have a lot to learn as I go through my 20s. But it’s crazy to think how so many men will go into their 30s just figuring this out, or never figuring it out at all.

I see too many people spending money they don’t have just to flex it.

Partying and drinking every single week, just throwing their health down the toilet.

Too many men hunker down in one spot never to enjoy the beauty of the world.

Too many men aren’t learning skills and instead are consuming content.

I fight to be the best version of myself daily, and you should be too.

Invest into yourself and your future.
