Hey Turkeys! In case you haven't heard yet there will be a group exercise class 8:45 -9:45 Thanksgiving morning. Come and burn some calories before you sit down for the big event! Hope to see you there but if you can't make it have a wonderful Thanksgiving! I am grateful to all of the amazing women I get to teach each week!

A new yoga class with Leia Riggins Barrett is being offered every Friday morning from 6:00-7:00am at Total Fitness Zone beginning February 10th!!
This is an all-levels vinyasa yoga class. Expect to move, have fun, and start your weekend relaxed and energized.
