Join our small-group training program designed specifically for women, with a focus on progressive strength training and the unique needs of women before, during, and after menopause.
✅ Personalized strength-training progressions
✅ Track your results with a workout journal
✅ Pre- and post-program assessments included using InBody body composition analysis
✅ Small groups (maximum 4 women per team) for individualized attention
📅 Program Starts June 29 and will be ongoing!
Choose the time that works for you:
• Mondays at 5:30 PM
• Fridays at 5:00 PM
• Sundays at 1:00 PM
Additional days and times available upon request.
