The recently remodeled Doylestown center offers a welcoming fitness floor, a fully equipped functional training area, dedicated

Group Exercise, Yoga, Barre and Indoor Cycling rooms, studio quality classes such as Zumba, Barre, Yoga, Meditation, Mossa's Group Power, Group Fight and Group Active, Indoor Cycling, Silver Sneakers and more. Expert Personal Training, Wellness Coaching, Massage therapy and children's programming are also available. The New Hope center was recently relocated into a large, modern and beautiful new facility that includes a well stocked fitness floor, functional training area, dedicated Group Exercise, Barre, and Indoor Cycling rooms as well as a gorgeous Zen area that houses yoga, meditation, Pilates Reformer and spa services such as massage and facials. Classes offered include Cycling, Barre, Yoga, Meditation, Mossa's Group Power, Group Fight, Group Blast and Group Active, HIIT classes, Zumba, Silver Sneakers and more. Personal Training, Wellness and Playroom services are also available.

💪 Basic Weight Training for Women 💪

Ready to build strength, confidence, and healthy habits that last?

Join our small-group training program designed specifically for women, with a focus on progressive strength training and the unique needs of women before, during, and after menopause.

✅ Personalized strength-training progressions
✅ Track your results with a workout journal
✅ Pre- and post-program assessments included using InBody body composition analysis
✅ Small groups (maximum 4 women per team) for individualized attention

📅 Program Starts June 29 and will be ongoing!

Choose the time that works for you:
• Mondays at 5:30 PM
• Fridays at 5:00 PM
• Sundays at 1:00 PM

Additional days and times available upon request.

Whether you're new to strength training or looking to get back into a consistent routine, this supportive program will help you build strength safely and effectively.
