Speed isn’t just about how quick your legs move — it’s about how hard you can push off the ground, how well your body transfers that force, and how fast you can do it again and again.

🏋️♂️ Lift heavy with intent (squat, hinge, press)
🏃 Sprint weekly — full effort, full recovery
