Mobility and spine work, strength training, handstands, calisthenics, floorwork, soft acrobatics, dance, improvisation, somatics, partner work as well as ground movement and locomotion (i.e. getting up and down from the floor with ease - we can help you do that!)
Who we serve:
We work with individuals at all fitness and experience levels! If you are a beginner, we’ll start slow by reintroducing cartwheels, handstands and crawling into your movement. If you are a movement enthusiast, we will work with you to design specific drills and skills to build upon that will help you reach your goals. How to prepare:
Wear clothing that is easy to move and sweat in. You can wear socks or work out barefoot in the studio. Bring your water, curiosity and an open mind. Our locations:
