Core Wisdom Core Wisdom offers a free discovery session, private Pilates instruction, Pilates classes (limited to 9 students).

Most Auto and Workman's Compensation Insurance Accepted. We offer private instruction, Pilates Mat classes, Pilates reformer, chair and pole classes, Yoga classes and Massage therapy. We limit our classes to 4-6 students so integrity isn't lost. We specialize in rehabilitative Pilates for those injured, in pain, out of shape and inflexible. However, being in Boulder we also have our weekend warriors and athletes, new moms, young adults and children in doing Pilates.

Pop-Up Jumpboard Reformer Class
🗓 Monday at 5:30pm

We’ll swap the footbar for the jumpboard to add a little cardio to your Pilates—think powerful legs, deep core work, and fun bursts of movement. We take breaks from jumping to focus on arms + core, so you get a full-body burn without feeling wrecked.

Anatomy comes off the page and into your hands.

We literally build muscles from clay and place them onto a skeleton—so you don’t just memorize anatomy, you understand it.

If you’re a tactile or visual learner, this part of the program is a game changer.
