What class would you most likely be seen attending? 3:30pm or 4:30pm
What made you decide to try CrossFit? My friend Brittany brought me to bring a friend week and I wanted to get back into shape after having my baby.
How did you feel the first time walking into BBCF? Intimidated, hesitant, but eager to be competitive.
What made you come back after the after the first workout? The community, I was not expecting people to be so inviting and so encouraging. Also, I wanted to conquer the sn**ch.
What is your favorite CrossFit movement? Believe it or not, sn**ches and any sort of pull up. I used to talk crap about sn**ches and pulls ups, but became my favorite as I got stronger and learned proper form.
What is your least favorite CrossFit movement? WALL BALLS, WALL BALLS, WALL BALLS…& assault bike.
What changes have you noticed since starting CrossFit? My overall mental wellness was my first noticed change. Of course my physical strength was noticeable, I dropped baby weight and had better scoring on my AFT.
