Yesterday was one for the books. 🔴💪

Dr. Erin and our partners at Infinity Functional Performance had the honor of hosting some of the strongest athletes on the planet right here at Forever Fit Performance Institute in Bentonville. World level professional arm wrestlers came through for a full day of treatment and care — all to get ready for their big Pay Per View event THIS Saturday in Little Rock.

These athletes travel from across the globe to compete at the highest level and they trusted our team to get them ready. That is exactly what Forever Fit is here for. 🙌

State Champion. Graduate. Forever Fit. 🏆🎓

Marcus Myhan — 2026 Bentonville West Decathlon State Champion and now a high school graduate. One athlete. Ten events. A championship. And a whole future ahead of him.

We have watched Marcus put in the work and this moment is everything he deserves. The discipline it takes to compete in the decathlon alone is something most people will never understand and he did it at the highest level in the state of Arkansas.

This is what training with intention looks like. This is what showing up looks like. This is a Forever Fit athlete. 💪

What a weekend. 🙌
We were honored to serve as the Official Recovery Partner for Rule of Three 2026 and Bentonville showed OUT. Tarmac. Gravel. Singletrack. One bike. You prayed for mercy and kept pedaling anyway.
Saturday we were right there! Normatec, cold plunge, good energy and even better people! Every rider who stopped by made it worth every minute.
Thank you to the entire .bike team for having us. The course, the community, the energy this event is something special and we don’t take lightly getting to be a part of it.

Do you know where your athlete stands?
Not where you think they are. Not where they were last season. Where they actually are right now — speed, strength, movement, reaction, balance.
Most athletes in NWA have never been tested at this level. They train hard but they are training blind. Forever Fit Performance Institute changes that.
We are the only facility in Northwest Arkansas running this level of athletic testing and we want to show you what your athlete is actually working with before the summer even starts.
Free to start. Come in and get your speed and reaction tested at no cost. If you want the full picture movement screen, strength assessment, written report and a development plan we have that too.
This is how we build athletes differently. We test first. Then we train.
