Classes are available for ages 2.5- Adult , from beginner through advanced!

The registration fee for all students is $50 and $20 for each additional sibling. This non-refundable fee is paid at the time of registration and is due only once per academic year. Summer students pay $30 and $15 for each sibling.

🌱 Inspiration, Mentorship, and Artistic Growth

What first inspired you to start ballet, and when did you know it was your calling?
When I was growing up, ballet was always in some shape or form around me, since my parents were ballet dancers and then ballet teachers. I was exposed to the art form from a very young age. The moment that inspired me and led me to want to pursue this further was getting the opportunity to perform on stage. When I was young, ballet and dance in general brought me lots of joy. But being on stage and feeling the energy of the audience or being able to play different characters on stage definitely solidified my desire to become a ballet dancer.

Who were your biggest influences or mentors in your dance career?
My biggest mentors are and forever will be my parents. They not only taught me how to walk and talk. They also taught me everything I know about ballet. They laid down the foundation for my ballet career. I wouldn’t have been able to become the dancer I am today without them.Other important influences in my dance career were artists and colleagues that I had the honor to work with in the same theatre, such as in Stuttgart ballet and in my current theatre, the Mariinsky ballet. In Stuttgart I was constantly inspired by the world renowned ballet star Friedman Vogel and in Mariinsky I am inspired by artists such as Victoria Terershkina and Leonid Sarafanov who is now currently a ballet master.

How do you keep your artistry fresh and inspired over the years?
I try to keep my artistry fresh by watching different performances of different artists and even different dance styles as often as I can. I find that watching other artists’ interpretation of the same role can be very inspiring and bring a lot of perspective to the art form. Watching other styles of dance also provides a great deal of inspiration. It helps you think outside of the box and brings a great deal of energy and emotion to you that you can then bring into the studio and into ballet as well.

Our EBA community is incredibly proud of Danil Zinoviev, one of the most accomplished students to come through our studios. 🌟Last week’s Level B/C contemporary classes with Ms. Allison were full of electricity. Dancers jumped into bold movement, fast phrase work, and fearless creativity that lit up the studio from the first combination.

This was a standout week of summer training and an unforgettable burst of energy to close the season💫🩵📸

We are thrilled to welcome Maria Khoreva, First Soloist of the Mariinsky Ballet and graduate of the renowned Vaganova Ballet Academy, as a special guest teacher at Emerald Ballet Academy this week. 🤍

Known for her exceptional precision, strength, musicality, artistry, and control, Maria is an inspiring artist and teacher. We are incredibly excited to give our dancers the opportunity to learn from her and experience her guidance in the studio.
