108 Sun Salutations with Arathi

Join OYF Bellevue for a special community karma class as Arathi guides us through the powerful tradition of 108 Sun Salutations in celebration of International Day of Yoga.

This moving meditation is an opportunity to connect breath, movement, and intention while honouring the deeper roots of the yoga practice. In yogic tradition, the number 108 represents wholeness, unity, spiritual connection, and completion. As we flow together through each round of Sun Salutations, we cultivate strength, focus, resilience, and presence.

This class is open to all levels. Whether you choose to complete all 108 Sun Salutations or simply participate in a way that feels supportive for your body, you are encouraged to honour your own practice and move at your own pace. Modifications and rest are always welcome.

As a karma class, this event is offered in the spirit of community, connection, and giving back. Come celebrate the transformative power of yoga and share in this meaningful practice with fellow yogis.

Hot, heavy, and humbling. Another solid session in the books with the boys, pushing our limits in Chasen’s Hot Amazing Arms & Shoulders class. Chasen’s a hardcore teacher—catch him teaching on Wednesdays at 6 a.m., and on Thursdays and Fridays at 5:15 p.m.

Schedule update ✨ As of June 16, Lily’s Tuesday 9:30 AM class will officially become a Hatha class. Expect a slower-paced, grounding flow focused on strength, mobility, breath, and mindful movement.
