Mike shows up every single week. 💪
After being diagnosed with Parkinson’s, movement became even more important. Now, he and his wife, Maryann, come to class with Pat twice a week and the progress has been incredible to watch. Strength, mobility, and confidence have all improved since beginning his class journey.
