This is what it looks like when you commit to 6 weeks of personal training and group classes 😤. 6 WEEKS is all it can take to completely change your habits, change your body and change your routine. Huge shoutout to Dan W. for committing to making this change, losing 6.5 # body fat and gaining 4 # muscle. He also took close to 4 MINUTES off his baseline fitness assessment which is wild. We’re so proud of your hard work Dan and can’t wait to see what comes next. Hard work pays off!!!
