Gentle Yoga with Julie

The longer days and warmer weather of June are the perfect invitation to slow down and give your body the attention it deserves. Julie is back this month — twice — with her Gentle Yoga class in West Hartford.

Julie guides you through restorative stretches and accessible poses that release tension in the shoulders, hips, and lower back. This isn't about flexibility or hitting picture-perfect poses. It's about giving yourself space to breathe, restore, and reset after a week of hard work.

No yoga experience needed. Just bring a mat and show up ready to unwind.
