How I modified MURPH as a coach!

I have completed MURPh for many years now. This year was a bit different and I’m okay with it.

What did I do differently?

1. I didn’t touch my 20 # vest this year. Not at all.
2. I walked….yes walked the miles instead of ran. I am capable of completing the running but sometimes you just need to move instead of push so hard.
3. Used a band for pull ups.
4. Held a 15 # plate for my squats.

Sometimes it’s about movement and not intensity! Happy Memorial Day! Remember the reason this is a holiday and have a great one!
