ADCC Windsor is in the books!

It was an amazing event for the team, with some great results.

First and foremost, congratulations to Peyton on taking double gold. Her fastest submission came in just 19.4 seconds. She had five submissions, all by armbar, and was interviewed by ADCC Canada after winning the advanced boys division.

Scott won his division with three submissions, including two Americanas and one straight armlock. His fastest submission came in just 17.2 seconds. It was a very impressive run, and we’re excited to see him back in the gym continuing to improve.

Jack secured silver in his round-robin division, going 1–1.

We are super proud of everyone who signed up and competed. Including Peyton,Scott,Jack,Chris, and Colette!

Our next ADCC event will be ADCC Nashville, and we’re looking forward to training hard and getting ready.

This weekend, we had two athletes compete at the ADCC Atlanta Open, one of the most prestigious no-gi grappling events.

Our first athlete, , captured gold with three submissions on her way to the top of the podium: a first-round armbar, a second-round triangle choke, and a straight footlock in the finals. She demonstrated tremendous adaptability throughout the tournament, showcasing a diverse submission set along with excellent guard work and composure under pressure.

also put together a strong performance, earning a bronze medal after battling through a tough division. He secured 3rd place against a talented opponent and continued to show the grit and determination that make him a tough competitor every time he steps on the mat.

We’re proud of all of our athletes for representing the team with skill, professionalism, and heart. Competition is never easy, and every athlete who steps onto the mat gains valuable experience that helps them grow.

Side note. Congratulations as well to , who competed in a challenging 15-man bracket and walked away with $700 in prize money after an impressive performance.

Next up is the IBJJF Detroit Open, where Shujun will be looking to continue her momentum and add another gold medal to her collection.

Now it’s time to get back in the training room, keep sharpening our skills, and continue building toward the next challenge.

Highlights coming soon!

The team competed at Grappling Industries Detroit yesterday, and it was a great showing. We had three competitors who brought home a total of six gold medals across their divisions. 🥇🥇🥇🥇🥇🥇

Peyton🥇🥇started the day competing in both Gi and No-Gi. She had six matches with a 100% submission rate—five armbars, and her final match ended with a rear naked choke.

Next up was Shujin🥇🥇, who had a total of four matches between Gi and No-Gi. She also finished with a 100% submission rate, securing two armbars and two triangle chokes.

Finally, our MBA legend Sikai🥇🥇 won his purple belt Gi division—winning the first match by points and the finals by referee decision. He then competed in the No-Gi Expert division against a tough black belt in a best-of-three series. Sikai secured a straight foot lock and a triangle armbar to take the gold.

We’ll be posting highlights from all of the matches soon—we can’t wait to show you the beautiful jiu-jitsu displayed yesterday.

We’re incredibly proud of everyone’s hard work in the gym, and these results truly showcased the effort being put in on the mats. More competitions are coming soon—see everyone back at practice on Monday!
