We only have 10 of the 20 rsvps needed to hold our date! Please rsvp if you can, you can eat in or take out. Even if you can't rsvp, please come eat or do takeout on the 11th 4-9pm & let them know you're with CHAGI / PKSA Karate so that 20% of the cost of your meal goes toward our Turkey Brigade! Helping provide local families in need with full Thanksgiving dinners. Karate people & non-karate people are very welcome!

Come eat dinner with us on October 11 (eat in or carry out!) & support our Turkey Brigade: providing families in need in Washtenaw County with full Thanksgiving meals! We helped 260 families last year, please help us do it again!! Please rsvp so we can make sure to keep the spot.

Karate families: eat dinner then come to class, or vice versa. Everyone else: come eat dinner! ❤️

Even if you don't rsvp you can come & still be counted for our total, but we need 20 rsvps to keep the spot!

Taught by a female 4th degree black belt & self-defense instructor. Learn prevention, de-scalation, and what to do when those don't work! No experience needed - this class is geared toward teen & adult beginners. It's a great 1st step in learning to defend yourself or a good refresher if it's been awhile!

LAST CALL TO REGISTER!

Cardio Kickboxing (Online) Starts TOMORROW 7:30-8:15pm. You can choose Tuesdays, Thursdays or both!

This class is geared toward beginner to intermediate fitness levels but all are welcome. No experience needed. No gloves, bag, mat or lots of space needed. All exercises are done standing. Low / no-impact options provided.

POSITIVE, supportive, non-judgmental environment.

Work on your cardio, toning arms legs & abs, feeling fitter & stronger, having FUN and learning some self-defense moves!

6-week session starting June 29 / July 1 (no class July 6th or 8th)
