While I was visiting family in California, I stopped by the Indigo Dragon Center for a seminar in the Wim Hof Method . The seminar was from Breath Fitness. It was amazing. I'll have a much longer post soon to thank Professor Miles Lukas .

Reset your eating in an easy way.

This week, no snacks after dinner. Once you are done with dinner, nothing but water until breakfast. You will see how much extra mindless eating you do late at night. It can mess up your sleep and quickly adds up around your waist.

Give it try.

You will be shocked.

Discipline Equals Freedom
Jocko Willink

Friday morning I was back at my pre holiday weight. Friday night is usually pizza with the kids, drinks with my wife Melissa and treats. Thanks to a friend the treat was brownies from Zingerman's Bakehouse .

Saturday we got to finally see some family we haven't seen since the summer. Melissa made some amazing nachos which go great with drinks 😁

If you are disciplined during the week, you can enjoy the weekend.
