Sure, we do have a bunch of female powerlifters around our gym, and that might be a little intimidating. But the research is in and we now know EVERY BODY needs to strength train, whether they compete or not.
Nobody knows this better than our founder Cristi Johnson. Her mission, from day one has been to help people feel more comfortable in the gym. Her approach is simple: pair people with the types of exercise they love to do, add strength training & make it as fun as possible.
