🏐2nd Annual Dig for the Gold Beach Volleyball Tournament
Saturday, June 13 • Mich-e-ke-wis Beach Courts

BAC is proud to sponsor the 2nd Annual "Dig for the Gold" Blind Draw Beach Volleyball Tournament benefiting childhood cancer causes. The event is organized by longtime BAC member and friend Andrew Libka, whose dedication continues to make a difference for local families.

Registration is from 9:00–9:45 AM, with play beginning around 10:00 AM. Players draw cards to determine teams, and all proceeds support childhood cancer causes.

❤️Run With Your Heart 5K + 1 Mile
Saturday, June 20 • Northern Lights Arena

Run. Walk. Honor.
This meaningful 1 mile and 5K run/walk honors Ryan Szymanski, who passed away from congenital heart defects in 2006. The event celebrates loved ones while raising funds for Children’s Hospital of Michigan Pediatric Cardiology Unit, where Ryan received treatment.

Saturday, August 1 • Alpena Duck Park

Head to Alpena Duck Park for a fun-filled family day featuring kayak races, a Doggy Derby, food trucks, and an arts & crafts show. Hosted by Northland Area Federal Credit Union. BAC is a proud sponsor!

One year ago, Tiffany joined Urban Boot Camp looking for a fresh start, accountability, and a way to get back into a consistent routine. She found all of that and so much more.

The workouts challenged her, the friendships kept her coming back, and the encouragement of the group helped her stick with it. Fast forward to today, and she's not only still showing up—she's a rockstar instructor and can't wait to lead you through some camp workouts!

10 Day Urban Boot Camp
🔥 The one-week countdown is on!
• June 15–25
• 6:30 PM Monday–Thursday + optional Saturday workout
• Attend as many sessions as you can

We'll be training indoors and outdoors at Bay Urban Fitness and throughout Alpena—utilizing stations inside Urban plus the parking lots, paths, and waterfront around town. No two workouts will feel the same.
