Fifteen years ago, Trina opened Bay Urban Fitness as a second fitness location with a big vision for helping people move, connect, and feel their best.

Urban is the “non-gym gym.” It’s been home to boot camps, specialty classes, personal training, friendships, transformations, and countless memories. A unique fitness experience.

As we celebrate 15 years of Bay Urban Fitness, we’re excited to launch a brand-new Instagram page dedicated to all things Urban.

👉 Follow us and stay tuned as we celebrate the past and look ahead to what’s next. We have some exciting things in the works, and we can’t wait to bring you along for the journey. The best is yet to come.

🕓 BAC STAFFED HOURS
BAC is open 24/7!
Staff is on-site M-Sun for the following hours:

M-TH 5:30 AM—7:30 PM
F 5:30 AM—6:30 PM
SAT—SUN 7:30 AM—2 PM

💪 BAC Memberships include 25+ live and virtual group fitness classes per week. Take our popular classes from the gym or from the comfort of your living room or patio! 🌞 10 Day Urban Boot Camp | June 15th to 25th

10 days of indoor and outdoor training utilizing stations inside Bay Urban Fitness, plus the parking lots, paths, and waterfront around Alpena. Expect creative formats, camaraderie, and new equipment! Meets M-Th at 6:30pm. Optional Saturday workout. Come to as many as you can! Led by Alyssa LaVergne, Nicki Janish, Dorothy Pintar, Tiffany Oliver, Eric Koss, C**t Gray. $50/$75. There’s still room to get on the roster! Comment BOOT CAMP for sign up link.
