Hopewell Soccer Program is preparing for their upcoming season at BoxSTRONG!

We are so excited their Board reached out with a desire to grow their girls strength, athleticism and confidence with our custom program.

Their programming integrates boxing training to develop:
Coordination, reaction time, Footwork, agility, spatial awareness, Power, speed, anaerobic conditioning, focus, discipline, and controlled emotional output.

This is paired with strength and conditioning designed to improve:
Bone density, lean muscle development, force production, Cardiovascular capacity, work efficiency, mobility, stability, movement mechanics, coordination, balance, and functional movement patterns to ensure carryover to sport and real-world demands.

For soccer athletes, this translates directly to improved acceleration, deceleration, change of direction, repeat sprint ability, and injury resilience while developing transferable athletic skills that enhance performance across multiple sports and long-term physical activity.
Our work is not centered on preparing athletes for a single season. Instead we are committed to developing durable, capable, and confident individuals who build a lasting relationship with movement.

“You, my brothers and sisters, were called to be free. But do not use your freedom to indulge the flesh; rather, serve one another humbly in love.” — Galatians 5:13

Today we remember that freedom is not free.

Some gave their lives to protect our earthly freedom.
And our Savior gave His life for our eternal freedom.

Now what?

May we not waste the gifts we’ve been given. May we use our freedom to serve, love, lead, and make waves of humility and kindness wherever we go. 🇺🇸✝️

This was our largest turnout to date. 150 people showed up to remember and pay tribute. Now, let’s go BoxSTRONG and continue honoring this sacrifice.
