Join me in shining a light on our 9 a.m. regular, Ray!

Ray joined CrossFit Artifact six months ago with a goal of aging well and keeping up with her young daughter. Committed to three days a week, she embraced the process, participated in a nutrition challenge, and has made huge strides in her confidence, endurance, and strength.

Beyond the gym, Ray has become an incredible part of our community, always showing up for events and sharing her amazing cooking.

Most recently, her bloodwork showed improvements in overall cholesterol, and her triglycerides were cut in HALF! Read that again, in .H.A.L.F.

This is the CrossFit effect—one hour a day that creates lasting changes both inside and outside the gym. We’re so proud of you, Ray!

What you eat daily either supports a thriving gut… or works against it.

Focus on adding in more gut-friendly foods like yogurt, kefir, fermented foods, fruits, veggies, whole grains, nuts, and seeds—while being mindful of ultra processed foods, added sugars, and excess alcohol.

Adult friendships are hard to make. Joining a gym helps!!

Somewhere between the workouts, sweat, inside jokes, and goofy moments, strangers turn into friends. One hour a day can turn into: workout partners, accountability buddies, people who genuinely cheer you on and a community that feels like home.

At CrossFit Artifact we take our training seriously… ourselves? Not so much. ❤️
