Join me in shining a light on our 9 a.m. regular, Ray!
Ray joined CrossFit Artifact six months ago with a goal of aging well and keeping up with her young daughter. Committed to three days a week, she embraced the process, participated in a nutrition challenge, and has made huge strides in her confidence, endurance, and strength.
Beyond the gym, Ray has become an incredible part of our community, always showing up for events and sharing her amazing cooking.
Most recently, her bloodwork showed improvements in overall cholesterol, and her triglycerides were cut in HALF! Read that again, in .H.A.L.F.
