This week’s Move of the Week is the Goblet squat with half/pulse reps:

Goblet squats are one of the best exercises for building lower-body strength while improving posture, mobility, and movement mechanics. Holding the weight in front helps keep your chest up, engages your core, and teaches proper squat form while strengthening your quads, glutes, and hips, and adding the pulse at the bottom gets an extra burn for the legs! Great for athletes and adults who want stronger legs, better balance, and healthier knees and back

FASTER Fitness Beaver was officially voted “Best Gym of 2026” this award belongs to every single member, coach, and supporter who walks through our doors every day. Your trust, energy, and commitment to becoming stronger and healthier is what built this community. Thank you for believing in us 🚀

A huge congratulations also goes out to Peter Kazas on his first year leading Beaver as manager and bringing home a “Best Gym” award. The growth, consistency, culture, and care he’s poured into the facility has been incredible to watch, and we’re proud of everything this team continues to build together.
