- Incepe cu exerciții simple, constructive și executate corect. Nu ai nevoie de greutăți mari sau mișcări complicate de la început.

Mai întâi construiești controlul, postura și tehnica. Apoi crești progresiv dificultatea. O execuție greșită repetată înseamnă stres inutil pe coloană, cervicală și articulații.
