Antrenamentele in aer liber pare ca trec mult mai repede si pot avea rezultate mult mai bune in opinia mea.

Atunci cand ai parte si de un peisaj pe care sa-l explorezi si o vreme pe masura, asta te va face sa fii mai plin de energie si mai relaxat d**a antrenament fata de un antrenament obisnuit.

In the last few days we had to get used with cloudy weather.Although sometimes is not fun to train in the rain,it should not stop you to go out and do it.
If you know your goals you are going to take the right actions to accomplish them.

Start with one pull up and one burpee, continue with two pull ups and two burpees, up to 7 and back
