SWET is about taking something ordinary and transforming it into something extraordinary. SWET is about taking you to your fitness peak, then teaching you to continually break through your perceived limitations. SWET is a 3 step personal journey consisting of the following:

• ACCEPT: Accepting the challenge that has been given; to attain your personal goal.

• OVERCOME: Identifying and overc

oming any barriers that get in the way of you attaining your personal goal.

• ACHIEVE: Attain your goal AND take you to a level above and beyond your highest expectations.
