You are not short on time. You are short on training time that actually does something.
60 minutes at a commercial gym…
10 mins deciding what to do today.
6 mins waiting for a rack.
Another 8 mins scrolling between sets because nobody told you how long the rest should be. Call it 45 minutes in the building and maybe 15 mins of real work.
Nobody there is intentionally slacking off. The hour is just full of waiting.
The class model exists to strip that out. The programming is done before you arrive. The intention is set. The logistics have already been planned. The rest periods are called. A coach tells you the weight instead of you standing there doing maths. Every minute mapped out ahead of time.
Same hour off your calendar. Roughly double the useful training inside it.
That is the actual argument for coached classes over a gym membership, and it has nothing to do with motivation or willpower. It is about how much of the hour actually contributes to getting fitter.
Our goal: make your time in the gym the best hour of your day!
