Just like when your week of nutrition is easier with a bit of weekend planning and prep, so is running Hypha.
On Sundays Head Coach John preps our coaches with programming, coaching focus areas and checking in with our members. Whilst Frey gets the gym all ready for the week ahead - weekly whiteboard, towels restocked, hand wash refilled, anything needing fixing repaired and getting the gym looking sharp for our week ahead so that it’s all smooth sailing.
We prep, so you don’t have to. One less thing to worry about!
