Due to Mother Nature our 25/26 Season has come to a slightly early close.
The trailer is off the reserve to avoid incoming Cyclone Vaianu which means we are donezo!
Salt Spray Surf School's 23rd Season at West End Ōhope has been HUGE and we couldn't have done it without our incredible team of Instructors (pictured), the community around us and the people coming to surf with us so THANK YOU!
We will be closed until October but you can still get in touch with us, and keep an eye out for Dream Bean Coffee at the beach on any stunning weekends over winter.

For those keen to buy end of season boards we will keep you posted on this and will either host a sale at the beach in the coming weeks or will post here on FB with whats up for grabs!

Calling all Parents!
Our Easter School Holiday Program is here and ready for your groms.
This is the last chance to come and hangout with the surf school before our season ends

What you need to know:

School Holiday programs are running 7th, 8th and 9th of April.
Cost:$ 80 per person
Age:6-14 years old
Time: 9:30am-2:30pm
Where: Westend Ōhope
No experience needed

Surfboards, instructors, wetsuits are included
all they need to bring is togs, towel, water bottle, lunch and snacks

After School Groms Friday 13th Feb is Postponed

Heavy Rain warnings and Thunderstorm warnings for the afternoon so we will not be running Friday Groms today.
We will see you all next Friday for your first session!

The holiday period has started to slow down and after we have had a very busy summer period we have decided to take a much needed break so our staff can recharge before our school period starts.

We will be closed this coming week and Waitangi weekend.
