WEDNESDAY MORNING VINYASA ✨

6:15am at Nidhi Yoga 🌿

Come flow with me as the day begins. A dynamic, energising practice to awaken the body, connect to your breath and create space before the rest of the world wakes up.

Move, breathe, sweat a little and leave feeling grounded, clear and ready for whatever the day brings. ✨

There’s something pretty special about starting your morning on the mat.

Come flow 🤍

✨ Looking for a way to switch off, slow down and give your body the reset it’s been asking for? ✨

Yin Yoga is your invitation to pause.

Long, nourishing stretches.
Deep rest.
A calmer nervous system.
Space to breathe, soften and simply be. 🤍

You don’t need to be flexible. You don’t need any yoga experience. You just need to show up exactly as you are.

If your body has been feeling tight, your mind busy, or life a little too full… this might be exactly what you need. 🌿

🕛 Tuesdays | 12pm
🌙 Thursdays | 6pm

Come and experience the magic of slowing down.

Sorry I didn’t reply….

No phone.
No emails.
No notifications.
No rushing.

Just me, my breath and my body for one whole hour..

You start yoga for the flexibility…

Maybe you want to touch your toes.
Loosen your hips.
Get stronger. Feel fitter.

But somewhere along the way, you realise you stayed for so much more.

What is Yin Yoga? Yin yoga is a slow style of yoga. You hold passive poses for three to five minutes.

This targets your deep connective tissues instead of your muscles.

How It Affects Your Nerves - Your body has two main stress systems: Sympathetic system: This is your “fight or flight” mode. It reacts to daily stress and danger.

Parasympathetic system: This is your “rest and digest” mode. It helps you heal, calm down, and rest.

Yin yoga turns off your fight-or-flight mode. It turns on your rest-and-digest mode through long holds and deep breathing.

Key Benefits for Your Nervous System -

Lowers Stress Hormones: Staying still for a long time tells your brain that you are safe. This drops your cortisol levels.

Slows Heart Rate: Deep breathing during long holds lowers your blood pressure and heart rate.

Releases Stored Tension: Your fascia (connective tissue) holds tight when you feel stressed. Long poses melt this tension away.

Improves Emotional Control: You learn to notice physical discomfort without panicking. This helps you stay calm during real-life stress. 🕊️

Not sure which class to book?

🍃 Power Vinyasa is energising, strength-building and designed to get you moving.

🔥 Ta***ic Hatha is slower and more intentional, combining breath, movement and awareness to help you reconnect with yourself.

✨ Yin Yoga is deeply restorative, with longer-held poses that support flexibility, release tension and calm the nervous system.

The beautiful thing about yoga is that every practice offers something different, and what you need can change from week to week.

Which style practice is your body craving?
