Hi, I'm Erika, a Registered Exercise Professional dedicated to helping you move better and feel great! Under the umbrella of Rhythm Fusion Dance and Fitness, I offer engaging group fitness classes right here in Whakatane and Edgecumbe.
I specialize in classes designed for the over 60s, including two Sport Bay of Plenty's KEEP ON YOUR FEET approved Strength and Balance classes. These are part of a nationwide initiative to prevent falls and fractures, helping older people like you to "live stronger for longer."
