Had a lovely husband-and-wife private Pilates session this morning!

They’ve just returned from holiday and were straight back into their Pilates routine — I love that commitment!

Today they were working hard with a challenging kneeling Draw the Sword exercise, combining strength, balance and control with an overhead weight press. Such great focus and dedication from them both.

A wonderful way to start my Saturday morning here at SOL Pilates and Massage .

A little snapshot of some beautiful strength, control and commitment in today’s session

Working from four-point kneeling into a strong kneeling plank, with one hand on the platform and a weight in the other — adding a controlled row and tricep extension, then repeating those tricep extensions with focus and precision.

It’s not just about doing the movement… it’s about the control, stability, determination and commitment behind it.

So good to watch this kind of strength build. Beautiful work! 🤍

Warming up with a cracker of an ab track — weights in hand, knees in tabletop, curling up, reaching and twisting from side to side.

Such a great way to start the week, moving, strengthening and getting that core switched on!

A Heart soo Full of Gratitude 💜

What an incredible day celebrating 10 years of SOL Pilates and Massage!

I honestly don’t know where to begin. I was completely overwhelmed by the love, support and generosity shown throughout the day. From 9am through to 1.30pm, the studio was buzzing with beautiful people, laughter, fun, Pilates, stretch classes, sauna sessions, delicious treats, giveaways and so many gorgeous gifts. 💕

There were so many wonderful faces coming through the studio — our beautiful Pilates community, clients, friends and supporters — and my heart is absolutely full.

Ten years is a huge milestone, but I know without YOU, this little business of mine simply wouldn’t be here. You have supported me, encouraged me, trusted me, laughed with me, sweated with me and allowed me to do what I truly love every single day.

I feel incredibly humbled and grateful to have built such a beautiful community around SOL.

Thank you to everyone who came along, joined a class, enjoyed the sauna, shared a laugh, brought a gift, enjoyed a treat or simply popped in to celebrate with me. It meant more than you know.

10 years… what a journey. What a community. What a absolute privilege💜

Here’s to many more years of movement, connection, wellbeing, laughter and beautiful people.
