One of our gorgeous holiday visitors absolutely smashing her Pilates sessions here at Sol Pilates .
Working those deep core muscles with strength and control — balancing the ball through the straps, drawing it behind the knees, then extending long through the legs while opening the arms back. Such beautiful coordination and body awareness.

So amazing watching confidence and strength grow in every session.

Saturday morning crew absolutely delivered today at Sol Pilates 🫶

Tricep extensions with weight, hands on the foot bar, alternating strong controlled reps — really focusing on form, control, and that long extension through the arms. Some also added carriage pushes, bringing in the obliques for extra core stability and burn.

Great energy, great effort, and solid work all round. Well done team for showing up and moving strong on a Saturday morning.
