Behind every great coach is someone who genuinely cares about the people they're helping.

For the past 4 years, Broadie has been helping people take positive steps towards becoming healthier, stronger, and more confident versions of themselves.

Why did you become a p.t?:
"I'm passionate about helping people improve their health and wellbeing. I love supporting and encouraging people as they work towards achieving goals they may never have thought possible."

📲 We’ve upgraded our gym system!

All Gym members will now use the GymMaster app or a NEW keyfob for gym access, as our old key tags will be switched off at the end of this month.

To get set up:

Download the GymMaster Member app from the App Store or Google Play.
Tap “Get My Login.”
Enter the email address you used when signing up with Sunny Gymz.

Please don’t leave it until the last minute- download the app and test your access now so you’re ready to go before the old tags are deactivated! 💪🔑

If you need help getting set up, or are unsure of what email you have registered with us- pop in and see our friendly reception team or email us [email protected]. (We will make sure that the email you used is what is registered)

✨ MEET OUR AMAZING PERSONAL TRAINER – ASH 💪🖤

If you've been thinking about starting your fitness journey but aren't sure where to begin, we'd love you to meet Ash.

Ash became a Personal Trainer because she knows firsthand what it's like to lose yourself while putting everyone else first.

"What drives me most is helping people, especially mums to find themselves again. I know what it feels like to lose your identity while putting everyone else first because I’ve lived it myself. After becoming a mum and going through one of the hardest seasons of my life, the gym became so much more than a place to train. It gave me confidence when I’d lost it, strength when I felt broken, and a sense of control when everything else felt out of my hands. If I can help another woman rediscover her confidence, feel proud of herself again, and realise she’s still in there beneath the exhaustion and self doubt, then I’ve done my job. That’s what drives me every single day."

🏋️ Fave exercise would be RDL’s & anything g back (Lat pulls, pull ups, bent over row) love back day.
