Did you know one of the best ways to build a habit is to make it easy to repeat?

It’s one of the biggest ideas from the great book Atomic Habits: the easier something fits into your life, the more likely you are to stick with it.

That’s a huge part of why people struggle with exercise, not because they’re lazy or “bad at routines”, but because life gets busy and most schedules aren’t flexible.

When you can book whenever it suits you, not rush to class times, and just fit movement into your actual life, consistency becomes a whole lot easier 🩵

And honestly, consistency beats motivation every time!

Does Pilates actually help build strength?⁠
Short answer: yes 🩵⁠

Pilates is amazing for building controlled, balanced strength, especially through your core, glutes, legs, and all of those smaller stabilising muscles that often get overlooked.⁠

And because the reformer uses spring resistance, you’re not just stretching or “doing light movement”, your muscles are constantly working to stabilise, control, and support your body through each movement.⁠

It’s a different kind of strength to throwing heavy weights around, but one that translates really well into everyday life. Better posture, balance, stability, body awareness, and feeling stronger overall.⁠

One of those things you really start to notice the more consistently you do it ✨⁠

A casual session is $19, or our current membership options:⁠

✨ 2x weekly membership - $25/week⁠
✨ Unlimited membership - $45/week⁠

Both memberships also include 15% off grip socks in-studio.⁠


No class times, no pressure, just book when it suits you and move at your own pace.⁠

We’ve got a wide range of Move Active grip socks available in-studio, with new styles arriving regularly ✨⁠

You can purchase them through the app during your session and grab a pair while you’re in the studio.⁠

If you’re after a specific style, colour, or size, send us a message and we’ll help you find the right pair, we’ve usually got plenty in stock.⁠

Just a little reminder too, grip socks are required for all sessions for hygiene and safety on the reformers 🩵
