Important competition information for Saturday 26th July.

Huge thank you to everyone who has already registered. With our current numbers we will be running two sessions.

Female lifting at 930am with sn**ch then clean and jerk.

Second session Males about 11am (rought time, will confirm on day).

Weigh in for both sessions between 8am and 9am. If you are planning on lifting and haven't registered, please get in touch.

Huge thank you again for the support. We will also have BBQ sausages and drinks available on the day!

Hey people, before I leave Nelson to live in christchurch how about we have a beer together. I will be at the gym from 5.30 Wednesday 4th December if your free I'd love to have a catchup.
