**Awesome review from my client to finish off my work life with a bang đŸ’„**

"I first reached out for coaching because I wanted personal development, and the experience with Dani has been fantastic. Far better than I expected!

*Going on maternity leave until April 2026*

After 5.5 years in business, I can say I am mighty proud of what I have created. Supporting leaders to find the balance between life and leadership is an ongoing mission for me. Helping them get out of the weeds and become Legends who inspire others is no small task!

Now, as I step back to focus on growing 2 new humans, I reflect on the journey, and im very excited to take life a bit slower.

I have had a very challenging pregnancy with twins needing double the hormones than a singleton. I have had to dig deep to keep on showing up for my existing clients and also take as much time as possible to rest and be in my body.

This journey will support my leadership by giving me a depth of understanding that only other parents can understand. After all, parenting is leadership in its purest essence.

The lessons that have deepened for me recently are:

1) Being present and tuning into what I need moment by moment, day by day.

2) Having a Growth mindset around all the challenges that have come up during this time.

And 3) Surrendering to the process. Life is never what we expect, but it's so much more wonderful than we could have ever imagined ♄

How Culture Changes Everything....

One of my amazing clients recently shared a story that gave me goosebumps.

She has a long-time employee who was planning to retire at 65. He’s been with the business for decades, a real cornerstone of the team.

But something shifted.

After all the culture work we’ve done together over the past 18 months by improving communication, systems, leadership, and team dynamics he came to her and said:

“I don’t want to retire yet. It’s too good here now.”

That’s the power of a thriving, values-aligned workplace.

And the best part? This employee is now helping to document his deep knowledge into training resources, so the next generation can benefit, whether he stays another year or five.

A lot of people ask me what I do.....

I tell them I am a leadership coach but that doesn't really tell them what difference i make in the lives of my clients.

What they actually want to know is what is your approach?

That's when I can truly connect to them and share my truth.

because you see, coaching is all about the values that you bring to the session and that is what makes the greatest difference in the lives of my clients.

I always say to my clients that we are going on an adventure together and I never know what each session will bring. That's because my client totally drives the session and I facilitate using great questions to keep us heading towards where they want to go.

Every person has a different experience in life and id be ignorant to think that I knew what they needed so I stay curious.

I challenge their perceptions and help them expand their thinking. I champion them to keep going and I sit with them in their pain when it's hard.

but most important it's because I care so deeply about them. they are seen in their process.

Upgrading yourself as a Leader takes true commitment and compassion because it's one of the most challenging journies you can undertake.

I show up fully as a coach to be integral to myself and my journey as a leader and this translates into my clients learning to do the same.

so next time you meet someone, don't ask what they do. Ask what approach they take to make the biggest difference in the lives of their clients.

It might feel uncomfortable at first, especially if you’ve been trying to please everyone or keep the peace. But the more you speak your truth with courage, the less resistance you’ll face
 and the more trust you’ll build.

The E in LEGEND is an important one if you want to build a team that’s committed, connected, and accountable—start by showing them the real you.

In today’s business world, your team doesn’t need perfection. They need your authenticity. Your values. Your vision. Your humanness.

✹ That means saying things like:

“I got that wrong.”

“I don’t know yet.”

“Here’s what I believe.”

It might feel uncomfortable at first—especially if you’ve been trying to please everyone or keep the peace. But the more you speak your truth with courage, the less resistance you’ll face
 and the more trust you’ll build.

Because when you lead with vulnerability, you give others permission to do the same.

👣 Start with these reflection questions:

What stops you from expressing your true thoughts or emotions?

Where are you holding back or playing small?

How do you protect others from your opinions and at what cost?

Growth doesn’t always come wrapped in a neat little bow.
Sometimes it looks like a tough conversation, a failed launch, or a moment where you weren’t sure you'd make it through.

But you did it and you grew.

The truth is, we don’t grow despite our experiences.
We grow because of them.

Every late night, every leap of faith, every uncomfortable stretch outside your comfort zone

You’ve built this business from the ground up. You’ve poured your heart, your time, your energy into every little detail.

So the idea of handing over parts of it, even small ones, can feel genuinely frightening.

What if they mess it up?
What if it reflects badly on you?
What if a client gets let down?
What if it’s just not the way you would do it?

Letting go isn’t easy.
It’s not just a practical shift; it’s an emotional one.

But here’s the truth:
Holding onto everything is keeping you stuck.
It’s not helping your team grow.
And it’s not giving you the space you need to actually lead.

Delegation isn’t a sign of weakness. It’s an act of courage.
It’s how you build a business that doesn’t rely on you for every single decision.
