The Club has a proud history, reaching back to the beginnings of the national association right here in Hamilton. The club is an amalgamation of three original Hamilton clubs from the early 1990’s. ☘ Good luck to our Aerobics athletes and our Elementary Artistic athletes as they head into their first official competition of the season this weekend! 🤸‍

Our Aerobics athletes are travelling to Palmerston North to compete on Saturday, while for some of our Elementary Artistic athletes, this will be their very first competition experience! 🎉

We wish all our athletes the very best of luck and can't wait to hear how you get on. Go out there, have fun, and enjoy the experience! 💙💚

A huge thank you to our amazing volunteer judges who give up their time, weekends, and expertise to help make competitions possible for our athletes! 👏

⚽ Last week, we celebrated Football Friday in honour of Selena Timings as she embarks on her next adventure 🌟

Selena has been a valued member of the club for 18 years and a dedicated member of our coaching team for 13 of those years. She first began her journey with us through our Holiday Programme before going on to compete at a national level in both Aerobics and Women's Artistic Gymnastics🤸‍♀️🏅

Over the years, Selena has been an incredible asset to HCG, coaching across a wide range of programmes—from Babygym right through to adult classes, as well as our competitive WAG, Trampoline, and Aerobics programmes 🤸‍♀️✨

The energy, enthusiasm, and passion she brought to every coaching session were truly unmatched, and she will be greatly missed by athletes, families, and fellow coaches alike 💙

Selena, thank you for everything you have done for HCG throughout your many years with us. The countless hours, dedication, effort, and care you have poured into the club have not gone unnoticed, and we are incredibly grateful for all you have contributed 💐

We will miss you dearly and wish you every success and happiness as you head off on your next adventure. Once part of the HCG family, always part of the HCG family 💙🏡

💙 Thank You Robyn & Neil! 💙

June is Volunteer Shout Out Month and we’re kicking things off by saying a massive THANK YOU to two incredible supporters and key members of the HCG family — Robyn Walker and Neil Cox.

Robyn and Neil have been a HUGE part of the HCG story and history, and to this day continue to go above and beyond for our club.

From gardening and maintenance days, helping in the office at competitions, judging, and stepping in to coach when we need cover — they are always there, ready to help wherever needed.

Their dedication, knowledge, generosity, and ongoing support make a real difference to our club, athletes, staff, and wider HCG community.

Thank you, Robyn and Neil, for everything you do — HCG wouldn’t be the same without you! 💙🤍

We are so excited to show off our new pbar space! A fantastic addition for our athletes and programme! 💪🤸‍♂️

A huge thank you to our incredible members whose fundraising efforts helped make this project possible. Your ongoing support of our club continues to create amazing opportunities for our athletes.
