Monday Mindfulness 🧘🏽♀️
The other day I was asked what can impact my decision to train, my response was actually alarming but was my honest answer, in order to be on with my training I need to have my work life up to date, my house in order and my relationship happy. If I feel like one of these things are out then I struggle to focus on me.
The reality is I had let a lot of things come before me and as much as these are important so am I. In fact I should view it like this…if I am feeling good and training is going well, my health is good, then my family and relationship is likely to benefit from a happier me, my work is likely to be more productive because I’m feeling more in control and my home will flow from that with balance.
If you want something new, you have to stop doing something old, change your perspective 👌🏼
