A huge thank you to everyone who took part in our Sugar & Spice competition — whether you competed, supported, or helped behind the scenes. The event wouldn’t have come together without you.
We're proud to be part of a community where showing up and giving your best means something.
As one of our amazing athletes (😉) said to me: this comp is well organised, always has solid WODs, good judging, no need for the bells and whistles, just an awesome day of sweat and smiles.
Looking forward to the next opportunity to do that all again, together.

👀 WOD 4… The Last One? 👀

But would it really be a Sugar & Spice comp without just a little more spice? 🌶️ 😏

Workout 4 details are in your inbox—check our socials and get ready to bring the fire!

The male athlete will start by completing their cardio piece. Once finished, the female athlete may use as much time as needed to establish a 3RM clean (no requirement for touch-and-go reps). She will then move on to her cardio piece, after which the male athlete will have the remainder of the workout time to establish his 3RM clean, also with no touch-and-go requirement.
