Kiwa Pools - Pool Temperature Update

We're pleased to advise that the Splash Pool has now returned to its normal operating temperature.

The Learn to Swim Pool is continuing to warm and is now close to its normal temperature range, with the Leisure Pool not far behind.

Our team continues to monitor temperatures closely and we appreciate everyone's patience and understanding while the system returns to normal operating conditions.

Thank you for your continued support.

Pool temps are on the rise again ๐ŸŠ

Heads up, pool whฤnau! During our annual service on the pool heating system, we found a fault that caused a drop in refrigerant. We've found the issue and repairs are underway.

At the same time, we had a scheduled backwash to keep the water clean and clear. This normally causes a small, short-term dip in temperature too, so the timing wasn't great.

The good news? The 50m Pool hasn't been affected at all; it's heated a different way.

Our other pools are sitting close to 29ยฐC right now. We expect the Learn to Swim, Leisure, and Splash Pools to be back to their usual temps (31.5ยฐC and 32.5ยฐC) by this evening.

Thanks for your patience while we sort this out. We'll keep you posted once we know how long the repairs will take.
