As the dust settles on another incredible SuperChamps Nationals, it’s hard not to feel incredibly proud of what our club has achieved. 🏆

Five Surf City teams. Three different locations. Four days of competition. Three National Champions. 🏆🏆🏆

But the results are only part of the story.

A massive thank you to every player who pulled on the Surf City shirt or singlet this week. You represented our club with pride, battled through tough matches, supported your teammates and gave everything you had on court. 👊🔥

To our managers, coaches and team supporters — thank you. The organisation, encouragement, late nights, early mornings and countless little things that happen behind the scenes are what make these campaigns possible. 🙌

And to everyone back home who followed along, watched the livestreams, commented, shared posts, sent messages and cheered from afar — your support has been unbelievable. ❤️

But perhaps the thing that makes us proudest is the culture of our club.

Five teams spread across the country, but every one of them felt part of the same Surf City team. Players supporting other teams, checking results, celebrating wins and getting behind each other — that’s what makes this club special.

We talk a lot about building depth, developing players and chasing results, but club culture is what holds it all together.

Whether you won a National Championship, finished on the podium, missed out by the smallest of margins or simply gave everything you had — you all contributed to an amazing week for Surf City. 💙💛🖤

We should be incredibly proud of what we’re building.

🔥🏆 THE E GRADE LADIES HAVE DONE IT! 🏆🔥

SURF CITY ARE 2026 E GRADE SUPERCHAMPS CHAMPIONS! 💙💛🖤

The girls have beaten the top-seeded (1) Henderson 3–2 in an absolute titanic battle to claim the 2026 E Grade title! 👊🔥

Both teams had dominated pool play and came into the final unbeaten, but our girls battled hard, dug deep and got the job done when it mattered most! 💪🏆

And with that, Surf City have secured the E Grade 3-peat! 🏆🏆🏆

Another massive achievement for the club and a fantastic reward for all the hard work that has gone into developing our women’s squash.

What a way to finish the campaign! Well done ladies — you’ve done it again! 💙💛🖤

Now it’s time to celebrate! 🥳🍾🏆

🔥💙 F GRADE MEN FINISH 4TH! 💙🔥

The boys have finished their 2026 Superchamps campaign in 4th place after a 1–4 loss to (4)Tokoroa.

What an awesome week from this young team! 👏🔥 They were just 2 points away from beating the eventual winners, (2)Cambridge, which shows just how competitive these boys have been throughout the tournament. 👊

The number one goal of Superchamps is to have an amazing experience that brings our players back for more, and these boys have certainly done that!

They’ll head home with plenty of experience gained, memories made and a very promising outlook for the future of Surf City. 💙💛🖤

🔥💙 D GRADE LADIES FINISH 3RD! 💙🔥

The girls have finished off their campaign with a 3–2 win over (1) Wainuiomata! 👊🔥

What an incredible show of character after a heartbreaking semi-final last night. After going down 1–4 to Wainuiomata in pool play, the girls dusted themselves off, got back up today and turned the tables with a 3–2 victory! 💪

That win sees the girls finish 3rd in D Grade — a fantastic effort and a great way to finish the tournament.

That takes some serious resilience and plenty of character. Well done ladies — you should be incredibly proud of yourselves! 💙💛🖤

They’ve done it! The boys have taken out the D Grade Final 3–2 over Hamilton Squash & Tennis Club! 👊🔥

Thankfully there’s no Eden Epsom Tennis and Squash Club this year… so they’ve let us have a turn! 😉😂

The boys had to dig deep, and they pulled through when it mattered most — helped along by a special appearance from Coach Kups! 😎👊Phil Kupenga

What an amazing effort from the boys to get the job done and bring home the title! 🏆💙💛🖤

After an incredible 5–0 win over (2) Geyser City, our F Grade ladies have secured the 2026 F Grade Superchamps title! 💙💛🖤

And with that, it’s FOUR CONSECUTIVE F GRADE LADIES TITLES for Surf City! 🏆🏆🏆🏆

What a massive achievement for our club. 👏🔥

This is a fantastic testament to the work, coaching and commitment that has gone into the development of women’s squash at Surf City. From our juniors coming through to our senior players putting in the hard yards, this is exactly what that pathway is all about. 💪
