We know the wait hasn’t been ideal, but we promise it will be worth it.
The recovery room, upgraded strength and cardio areas, and new mezzanine floor are almost ready for you.

Join us for our Grand Re-Open Day on Saturday 13 June, 10am–1pm and experience the upgraded Flex Fitness Botany.
New recovery room. New strength and cardio equipment. New mezzanine floor. Plus exclusive membership promos available on the day only.
We’ll also have Lorna Jane, Nutrition Warehouse and Sumthin Dumplin on-site to celebrate with us.

The new space is nearly ready, and trust us that it’ll be worth the wait.
New equipment. New recovery space. New energy.
