Introducing the new coaches for Discipline Performance who have been members with us for over 3 years now and ready to step into the coaching roll for our member. They’re always continuing to bring the energy and good vibes to the place.💪☝️We also would like to introduce our young blood to the fam, who has moved over from coaching at CrossFit Kotahi in Hamilton to study here in the big smoke ready to take on the challenge of coaching especially the gymnastics side of things.

Our final send off at Sir William and it awesome to get together and raise awareness for Movember and having a focus on Mental Health. We’ve met so many people in this space and created so many friendships. We moved into this space during a Level 4 lockdown and then held epic outdoor classes! So much more has happened within this gym and the memories will live on forever.
As we close this chapter, we open new beginnings at our new location - 24D Ra ora drive. (2Ks away)
We can’t wait to bring that epic Discipline Vibe to our new space and we are grateful for the hands and hearts that continue to journey with us ❤️
Our mission remains: Create a space for people to be themselves, focus on their health and well-being and build a community that serves and cares for one another.

We are so proud of our three teams who competed in the Fourtress 2023 competition over the weekend!

There were some firsts and lasts for these teams!

Pic 1. This is Silas last comp here in NZ as she takes on her big adventure with her husband Willie overseas and we will miss them immensely. The team used this as fuel to get them a 2nd place podium spot for Beginners Females 🙌🏽
Well done ladies - we are so proud of you!

Pic 2. Our boys who have only been doing this sport for a year now - made us all so proud! They show cased their skills they had been working on and it was so impressive and inspiring to watch their rig work! Peter finished his first comp, and what a team of men to go into the trenches with! 💪🏽

3. Our whānau team of ladies who competed for the first time together! It was so incredible to watch them compete alongside ‘Aunty Marlene’ who is an absolute gem for giving the comp floor a go! She had the best team of ladies by her side and we are so proud of them!! We love to see the way this sport can bring whānau together ♥️

It’s always nice to hang up the training gear for one night and get dressed up to celebrate another year of sweat, calluses, banter and hard work together!
The Discipline Ball has easily become one of the best parties where our jaws hurt from laughter and our feet have blisters from dancing all night!
8 years of Discipline Performance Gym and Owners Deach and Lisa love to see our members celebrate 🎉
