JR Fitness Hey Guys check out my new page. here I will be sharing my experiences in water sports and fitness ! I'm excited with this new challenge !

My name is Oscar Luiz Junior, I'm from Santos, Brazil, currently living in NZ for the past five and a half years , I came here to learn english and improve my technique as I'm a professional paddler since 2008 and became lifeguard 2015 represent Piha surf life saving club. I love any kind of water sport and it is what I'm working with, so I decided to become a personal trainer because I've had too

many injuries the last few years and a friend of mine who works at les mills as a PT has helped me to get back in the game again, and I'm really enjoying my time at the gym, and I'm really interest to learn more about technical aspects. Im working as a water sports instructor at Fergs Kayaks located in Okahu bay just before Mission.
