Qualifying for these meets doesn't happen overnight. It's the result of months of dedication, consistency and hard work. We're incredibly proud of everything you have all achieved. 💪

A huge thank you to Coaches Helen,Timmy, Enda, Norma and Enda for their support, encouragement and dedication throughout the season. Your commitment to our swimmers is truly appreciated.

We'd also like to thank the Connacht and Swim Ireland officials for all they do to make these competitions possible.

Now it's time for a well-earned rest... before we do it all again in September! 😂

Following this morning's heat's, at the Irish youth/Senior Irish summer championships

Ciara will be swimming in B final 100m Backstroke.
Eoin did a fabulous swim in 50m Fly, with a sub 30 time and PB.

Well done both of you, and best of luck to Ciara this evening in the final. We are all behind you .

Day 5 - Final day of the Irish youth/senior summer championships.

Today we have :
Ciara - 100m Backstroke
Eoin - 50m Fly

It's been a long 5 days but dig deep and give it everything for the last events of 25/26 season

Day 4 Finals didn't disappoint for the Tuam swimmers.
Firstly was Eoin in the 200m Fly A- final finishing 8th, and an impressive 5.33sec PB.
Next was Aoibhin in 50m fly, with her 2nd impressive swim of the day finishing 15th and an overall PB of 1.26 sec.
Third was Ciara in 50m Fly, winning the B final finishing 8th overall.
Finally was Luke in 50m Breaststroke A final, with a tremendous swim, missing out on third place by 0.19 of a sec, but going home with 4th place and a PB.

Fantastic news from the finals tonight,
🥉Ciara Bronze Irish National Medalist in 50m Backstroke 17yr old, and pb
Kaeyln finished 14th in 200m Breaststroke
Luke finished 12th with a massive 5 second PB.

All the early mornings, time and dedication are paying off, well done everyone.
