We will be upgrading the centre to a state of the art facility with a “Grand Opening” date to be confirmed in the coming weeks. Coral are an Irish owned company who manage and run nine fitness centres across Ireland. Want to live longer? You might not need to spend hours in the gym.
New research suggests that just 90–120 minutes of strength training per week could significantly reduce the risk of early death. The study found that regular resistance training was linked to a lower risk of death from heart disease, stroke, and neurological conditions. The biggest benefits came when strength training was combined with regular aerobic exercise. 💪❤️
The takeaway? You don't need to be a bodybuilder. Two short strength sessions a week could make a meaningful difference to your long-term health.
