Delighted to announce Tuam Taekwon-do School is 14 years old today. I was to say a massive thanks to all the students and parents who have stayed with me through the years.

To all who have helped the school over the years A big thank you to my black belts and colourbelt who help week after week to grow our school every week.

I look forward to many more years of teaching and seeing all the small 5yr olds grow into such well behaved young adults.

Massive well done to the students of Tuam and Oranmore Taekwon-Do Schools who competed in Athlone today. Everyone did really well. A big well done to Rory who was Under 10s over all male winner.
