Darren’s 24 Hour Endurance Challenge
Over the 24 hours, I will be taking on a continuous endurance challenge involving running, rowing, and Assault Bike work every 15 minutes straight to help raise money and awareness for Rehab Group Blennerville. I wanted to do something that would not only push me physically and mentally but also give back to an incredible local organisation that does amazing work supporting people in our community every single day. This challenge means a lot to me because I have always believed fitness can bring people together, create positivity, and make a real difference when used for the right reasons. Every donation, share, and bit of support genuinely means the world and goes towards helping an amazing cause. Thank you to everyone already supporting and sharing the challenge. We are only getting started
