Hi everyone,
Thanks to all those who have supported our GoFundMe to replace our gymnastics equipment damaged when the Sports Complex roof collapsed with the snow.
A lot of our big safety mats have been damaged beyond repair and various other pieces of equipment were destroyed.
We would appreciate if you could help by donating money or sharing the link with friends and family.

At the moment, we have no premises to continue the club but we would like to have our equipment ready for when we do get a new place.
We would love to get back to having our own full-time gym as we had in Clash Industrial estate.
Please keep an eye out for us for a large warehouse, 6,000 to 8,000 sq feet that we could rent.

So sorry to hear the news about the Tralee Sports Complex. The roof of the sports hall collapsed this morning. We are all devastated to hear this. So sad for the staff and sports clubs and schools who use the facility. Tralee Gymnastics club is closed for the foreseeable future. We will keep you informed of any plans for the future. Let's hope the complex is up and running as soon as possible. Our sympathies to all concerned.

Due to an illness in the family we are postponing the start date for ALL classes by one week. We will make up for the lost class in due course. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.

What a great competition we had yesterday with gymnasts from 2 years old taking part. It was good to have our first competition since 2019. Looking forward to many more. A big thank you to our coaches who worked hard keeping everything in order during the day. Thank you to the parents who helped out. It was much appreciated. We look forward to a fun week as we have our last classes before our summer break.

All our gymnasts are working very hard on their routines for our Summertime competition. Can everyone get their entry form and entry fee is as soon as possible so I can work out the competition programme. There will be leotards, hipster shorts, tracksuit bottoms on sale at each class until the competition.

Great news, everyone. Tralee Gymnastics Club is back with a bang. We have just started classes in Tralee Regional Sports Complex. A big thank you to the Sports Complex for facilitating us. We are returning to our roots. The club started in the Sports Complex back in 1979 as Kingdom Gymnastics Club. We are delighted to be back there and providing much needed gymnastics classes for the children of Kerry. Thank you to the parents and gymnasts who supported us over the past few months. You encouraged us to keep going. We are still on the lookout for our own premises so we can get our full range of equipment out of storage and into use again, our sprung floor, our carbon track, trampolines, bars, beams, etc. That day will come.

Tralee Gymnastics Club will not be opening on 5th September, 2022. Kerry County Council has refused the club planning permission to remain in our present premises in Clash, despite the fact there are no suitable venues available. The council has brought us to court and the club has been ordered to close on 1st September, 2022. No more bookings for classes will be taken but the waiting list for the toddler 2 – 4 years classes and the Recreational 5 to 7 years is still in operation. For the toddler classes choose one of the classes below with waiting list and fill in the details on the next page. For the 5 to 8 years old classes, click on one of the classes and, on the next page, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on “Email me when available”
Over 9’s do not need to be entered on a waiting list.
Anyone who has paid the deposit can leave it in place for when we open again or it can be refunded.
