We often have people come in and say things like โ€œI want to lose 2 stoneโ€ or โ€œI want to be a specific weightโ€. But without any real understanding of your body composition itโ€™s impossible to say if thatโ€™s an accurate goal or if itโ€™s right for you. A much better goal would be to aim for a certain body fat %. With this machine, we can help you set realistic goals.

We all know that the scales are not a great way to track progress, as there are so many elements that can affect its reading.

Thatโ€™s where the InBody comes in. We can find out what your body is made up of with this. How much of the weight is fat, how much is muscle, how much is water, also how itโ€™s dispersed around the body and what your baseline amount of calories should be.
