What makes Lyons fitness Principles the best and separates them from the rest is we keep in consideration many more fitness principles based on the clients goals and physical strengths. Providing one to one personal coaching sessions and in-depth, customised training plans focused on corrective exercise, mental health and physical well-being. Paul holds a Diploma in Personal Fitness Training from

ITEC (2006). In 2008 Paul graduated with a Second Class Honours Certificate in Exercise and Health Fitness (CEHF) from University of Limerick (UL) The same year Paul achieved a level 6 Advanced Certificate in Leisure Facility Instruction (FETAC). Paul has a successful background in sport which won him the Tittle of IABA Intermediate Munster Boxing Champion. The following year Paul went on to compete in the National Boxing Championships where he reached the Final. The single most important characteristic of Paul is the fact that he does what he does to fulfil his passion. Paul has cracked a unique formula of passion, dedication, persistence and achievement. He does all this with strict standards of quality and exclusivity. This has enabled him to set forth a mission of influencing lives with his creative training style. Pauls skills and experience have given him the knowledge to provide a tailored training plan that is based strictly on the manipulation and application of his training principles. Applying these principles allows Paul a unique school of mix and match workouts that over the long term will replicate a puzzle, where every piece of muscle, every fibre will be stimulated with various exercises that magically compliment each other.

Check-in complete. I'm sitting 5 kg heavier than I was at this point last year, with noticeably more muscle to bring to the stage.

There's still plenty of work ahead, but the foundation is stronger than ever. Time to refine, condition, and reveal what's been built.

Every session, every meal, every posing practice counts.

The goal isn't to be better than last week, it's to be undeniable on show day.
